Support was great. I had 7 sites to implement ShipX with. Each time I ran into an issue, support was there to quickly resolve my issues.

I could have the name wrong, but our account was initially setup by Jinani, she was BEYOND helpful and got all of our numerous requests setup and working as we wanted. After testing for a week, we found some things that didn't work as expected/planned (not Jinani's fault). So we reached out via chat, was answered in minutes, and resolved in minutes by Deepan.
