Shipping Rates — Shipeasy

We had a problem where shipping rates weren't loading when there were too many items in the cart.
But the LogBase Team took care of it in a quick and professional way. I think this is the best customer service I've ever seen in my whole life.
The app itself is very stable and made by professionals. I highly recommend this App.

I was looking for an app to let me set up specific shipping prices based on item type and not overall order weight.

I contacted "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy" support and arranged a zoom call. Dhana guided me through the setup process and spent over an hour with me to help me configure the app around my product groups. Dhana was friendly, patient, and his knowledge of the app was brilliant.

I had been looking at other apps but the customer service Dhana provided to me made it an easy choice to go with "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy".

Super easy to set up shipping rates for my plant nursery! I have to charge per plant plus a handling fee per order, with different rates and handling fees for different locations across the continent. This app makes that a breeze. Rajkumar was really fun and helpful in guiding me through the setup process via chat, and explained how it works, too. 10/10 would recommend

I just need to praise Siva - He has helped me and spent over an hour making sure every little detail is correct. I cannot stress enough how helpful he was and nothing I asked was too much.
