Barath did an amazing job helping me set up my app to enable automatic shipping estimates through UPS for multiple/different size packages. This app is a must if you have multiple products with different shipping rates/needs! Highly recommend Shipping Rates Shipeasy

When setting up they have an option to have a Zoom meeting with a representative to help set up the app. Because of all of the features of the app, it is a bit complex to initially set-up. I spoke with Vinduja whom I shared my screen with. She was super helpful in fully setting up the app. Thanks to her I'm fully up and running with live shipping rates and different box sizes. Thanks again Vinduja!!

GREAT SUPPORT from VINDUJA!!! She helped me 2 hours from start to finish and made sure all the issues were resolved. Never had such great support before from any company!!! The app is so good. It has all the shipping features a company needs.

This app has been great so far! i went through about 10 different shipping apps before finding shipeasy (including at least 5 recommended from shopify support team based on my specific needs) But nothing was working for me until now!
Janani was very helpful as well (as the other customer service assosiate i had a meeting with this morning).She solved all my trouble shooting issues!
