This company is amazing with how quickly they help to support your company. They jump on calls quickly or chat support quickly. It's 12 am Los Angeles Time and they were there to help. Keep it up. Easy to use software and does the job well so far.

I had a complex shipping situation: 3 suppliers, each with different shipping rates, each with different shipping zones. I discovered the problem on the first day of our first major advertising campaign, we were swamped with visitors from 18 countries! I was lost trying to setup all this in both Shopify and the app, so I reached out to support via chat, they were online, these guys work right up to midnight, their time zone (India). Turns out their app can handle that with no problem. They installed it completely for me. Worked perfectly on first try. Support is excellent but so is personal interaction, they are very polite. The app even resolved a situation I had not foreseen, wonderful!

Fantastic support from Siva, sorted out some issues I have been having setting up in no time, and got me going. Great support, and once you know what you're doing easy to set up and use.

Siva was so helpful in setting up the shipping for the store, we needed specific shipping rates for for different delivery areas and weights, definitely recommend his service. Siva made the set up seamless.

I contacted support for setting up combined rates. Over a zoom meeting Shiva helped me figure the rates correctly. He understood what I needed, was knowledgeable about how to put my needs into the rates and was very courteous to talk to. Tech support in this app is A+. The app is versatile and support will help you with any issue you are having. They are prompt and responsive. Highly recommend

We have a couple of stores (EvenGreener.com & GetComposting.com), each fed by various stock locations so were finding Shopify's rigid delivery charge options unworkable as we cannot charge customers for delivery multiple times per order just because we keep stock across various locations. Shipeasy has fixed that problem in no time and the support we have received from Siva has been fantastic. No question is too small or daft and he has assisted in setting up the rules across both of our shops. We cannot recommend Shipeasy enough. You'll be hard pushed to find customer support that beats Siva!
