The flexibility it offers for customizing shipping rates is impressive, and the support team is incredibly efficient and helpful. A special thanks to Vinduja, who assisted us with setting up specific scenarios and adjusting rates for different zones and product tags. Vinduja was always available to provide quick and effective solutions.

The system is easy to use, and the customization options have allowed us to offer a clearer and more transparent shipping experience for our customers. I highly recommend this app to any store that needs advanced shipping rate management!

This app is brilliant! We have quite complicated carriage as we have several different warehouses, each with its own carriage charges for different post codes. We also have to combine shipping carriages and calculate pallets costs. This app allows us to do all this accurately, in a very straight forward logical way. We had a glitch where it stopped working but their customer service replied and helped straight away - turned out to be a shopify problem but they helped us get up and running again in minutes. We were very impressed with their level of service. Cannot recommend highly enough.
