Platform is great and Vignesh was very helpful. I had another inquiry and I spoke with Jennifer, she resolved our questions very quickly.

Vignesh just created a shipping scenario that had to be set up for one product line only. He did it with easy and he was great to work with. This is a great shipping app and customer support is awesome.

This is the best help center I've found and Jennifer helped me to set up the plugin correctly and she found the solutions for my needs. I strongly recommend this plugin.

Can be a little tricky to figure out but overall they were very helpful when we set up a Zoom call to get some things figured out. Happy with the app so far! It's made it a lot easier for us to tailor our shipping rates to our customers.
