I spoke with Shiva. He was excellent at understanding what we needed and gave us a clear solution to accomplish what we uniquely needed.
Siva helped me to understand the shipping rates, and alleviated my concern that I had to add an API to do what I wanted. I was extremely impressed by his helpful nature, his excellent knowledge of the platform and he was even able to help me with a zoom call, at 11.25pm, and controlled my screen (with my permission, of course!) and navigate to exactly where I needed to be. Shopify is something that you REALLY need to start using, if you aren't already! Thank you Siva for your help buddy! I hope everyone is as helpful as you!
Shipeasy is a great app with great support. Few minutes after I was in the Shipeasy app store, Janani walked my through app, showing me how my requirements were meet by setting up the app. I was sold right away and subscribed the App. Shipeasy will help my Shopify store to increase sales for sure. Finally find and app that have resolve all the problem I had with my shipping. I had complicated glitch for my delivery and they worked the problem for me via a Zoom call. Very efficient ! Thanks Guys More than satisfied !
Amazing App and the customer service Rajkumar is even better. Shopify Help Center recommend this app to us, and this app really meet our problem! They can enable shipping rates with multiple rules based on the billing amount.
