ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

I am on the trial at the moment and it looks like I will totally be adding the app to all my Shopify storefronts. The customer service is AMAZING. Siva was so helpful and really knew the system.

Finally find and app that have resolve all the problem I had with my shipping. I had complicated glitch for my delivery and they worked the problem for me via a Zoom call. Very efficient ! Thanks Guys More than satisfied !

Looks like a great app and was easy to configure and support was excellent. Unfortunately though, you can only use with Shopify's shipping API and that isn't available unless we want to stump up another $300 AUD per month. It would be great to see an app developed that was accessible for all levels of Shopify plans.

You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it. Very excited by this app's features and the fantastic support team behind me in doing so! Thanks so much Shiva!
