THE BEST customer support. Shipping formulas can be complex and this is a very awesome product once you take a little bit of time to learn it. Customer support is the best out of any app I've used in our 6+ years in business. Absolutely fantastic support.

Barath again helped and was an amazing help setting up the app. The app, by nature, is a little complex as with any shipping apps so if you do download, be sure to book a set up call with them and they will get the app set up within 10 mins in real time!

The setup is a little complicated. but the SUPPORT TEAM is GREAT. I had trouble with the initial employee who helped me (I forget his name) But the two that followed RAJ and JANANI were amazing. Knew their stuff, and were quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their product, settings and system. So far so good. I will update this review if anything changes.

Barath was a wonderful help with figuring my combined ship rates. I must say I spent 3 hours trying to figure it out the night before and after our online meeting he made it a breeze. Thank you so much for the needed help in getting my situation fixed.
