THE BEST customer support. Shipping formulas can be complex and this is a very awesome product once you take a little bit of time to learn it. Customer support is the best out of any app I've used in our 6+ years in business. Absolutely fantastic support.

The app works great, but it can be complicated to use at first. Customer support (Janani) is excellent. She walked me through how to use the app and helped me set up what I needed. Great service. I highly recommend the app!

The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!

Barath again helped and was an amazing help setting up the app. The app, by nature, is a little complex as with any shipping apps so if you do download, be sure to book a set up call with them and they will get the app set up within 10 mins in real time!

This application is really good, a little complex to use when you have several suppliers and starting delivery points to manage, but the support is really present and has helped me enormously! I recommend this application.
