Durkesh has been great with helping our complex use case in-regards to shipping logic to make sure that the correct rates and services are always displayed for our customers. Support is genuinely A+. I had difficulty combining shipping rates but arranged a zoom call and spoke to Durkush who was extremely helpful. He understood the issues right away and, with my permission, took control of my screen to show me how to resolve the issue.
