Logbase Shipping Rates

I have only downloaded the app in test mode, and there is a lot to take in initially. However, I have been in touch with Durkesh, who has been extremely helpful in sorting out some initial issues. So far, 5* support from this company!

vignesh provided excellent customer service to us when helping to get everything set up.

The app is super helpful in creating ultra-customized shipping prices, and the support is amazing. Nithish jumped on a zoom call within like 5 minutes of chatting, and was able to resolve all our issues within less than half an hour. Thank you so much for the great support.

Durkesh and me jumped on a call. He helped me with various problems. Very kind and quick fix. Would recommend this app to anyone.

The App. just fixed one of the major challenges that Shopify doesn't support, and I highly recommend this app to overcome Shopify missing features like controlling the shipping charges.
