I contacted support for setting up combined rates. Over a zoom meeting Shiva helped me figure the rates correctly. He understood what I needed, was knowledgeable about how to put my needs into the rates and was very courteous to talk to. Tech support in this app is A+. When setting up they have an option to have a Zoom meeting with a representative to help set up the app. Because of all of the features of the app, it is a bit complex to initially set-up. I spoke with Vinduja whom I shared my screen with. She was super helpful in fully setting up the app. Thanks to her I'm fully up and running with live shipping rates and different box sizes. I had a difficult time setting up my shipping rates because our store has product of quite a complex nature when it comes to shipping, I reached out to their support and Jennifer from customer support was very patient and helpful throughout all my questions, she took the time and effort to fully understand my needs and made sure all met met.
