Amazing customer service and app works perfectly once set up. The ability to combine shipping scenarios is exactly what we needed for our store. I had a few questions and they walked me right through the process in a scheduled zoom. 5 star shopify app
Raj was very helpful and saved my store when we were in a bind. Again, can't thank them enough. We could not ship products for a few hours so this was amazing

We had a really complicated scenario with our shipping rates varying for different countries and based on multiple conditions like weight, quantity, and location all required to be checked at once. We tried many apps but self-configuration was very difficult, finally, we got this app and the LogBase team completed all our complex requirements accurately in a single day due to which we could get our international shipping going! App developers were very helpful and even helped me set up the app over zoom. When an issue arose they actually updated the software to help me within 48 hours. Truly wonderful customer service
