Thank you to the Shipeasy team for making my store setup so easy and seamless. I was having a difficult time figuring it out myself. I booked a Zoom session with Rahul and within half an hour, everything was done! He walked me through set by set! Thank you Rahul!

I contacted their services because I had problems configuring the app for my needs. Indeed, it is impossible in Shopify Shipping to predict a delivery price according to an area in France and according to the weight.
I got a quick response from Vinduja who took the time to answer me and help me. She gave me the reasons for the problem so that I could correct my settings. Now the delivery system is working properly.
I am very happy to work with Shipping Rates — Shipeasy. I will finally be able to put my site online thanks to Vinduja and Shipping Rates - Shipeasy.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!! these things can be super tricky especially when promotional codes and different postage requirements for different locations in the same country come into play. Whenever I needed help I would simply click on the chat icon while in the app and ask for help, the team don't start work until 11:30am Sydney time but as soon as they are at work, they reach out to me straight away. You can also schedule a Zoom meeting and let them take control of your screen and they can work their magic to make any of your requirements come to life!
I needed this app to provide accurate shipping rates to different postcodes within UK. It seemed quite complicated at first, but after a Zoom session with Raj and Sudsan it was all set up and working perfectly. Despite the monthly charge it will certainly save me money every month on expensive shipping to certain postcodes. Raj and Sudsan were so helpful and knowledgeable, I would certainly recommend.
The app is incredibly simple to set up navigate. Complete with a very helpful support team that is always available to answer any questions. This app does everything we need.

Rahul was a big help setting everything up. The app seems to have all the features we need to handle our shipping across the country with complex product shipping costs.
