Shipping Rates — Shipeasy

Shipeasy - is an excellent app for stores that require products to be shipped to different zones - The shipping in Australia is very difficult if you have different vendors with products that are different weights shipping to the one customer (so you need to combine product shipping rates) or even just shipping products to different zones.
We needed a solution that calculated the shipping for items from different vendors to be calculated at the Shopping cart /check out level, and it needed to be fast, to avoid cart drop out!

I the needed ground work by creating a graph of Zones and tagged products accordingly with an identifying tag so Shipeasy could create a shipping calculator - They took the time needed and were excellent...
We have been very happy and it has worked perfectly for a year!

I would recommend ShipEasy to anyone who needs a Shopify Multi-product multi-zone shipping calculator ..

I've just installed the app, set it up and tested it. So far so good however a massive shout out goes out to Jenifer (and also partly Vignesh) who collectively spent pretty much three and half hours to set up my shipping calc and permissions, painstakingly going over my criteria and making it work for me in the best possible way.

That alone deserves 5 stars, so appreciated with the service and their availability to help fix issues, which is needed as there's a lot of variables to choose. Very impressed.

Really, REALLY impressed with this app, and the customer support! They offer free setup assistance via Zoom, and I was connected with Jenifer, who was SO helpful and helped me troubleshoot the app and get my store set up perfectly! Jenifer was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and it was such a relief to get the precise help I needed for my use case. Saved me HOURS of frustration and setup time. Honestly, blown away, and highly recommend Shipeasy!

This App is superb to use. Simple and Clean Functionality - The most liked feature of this app is creating more scenarios which is very useful for us. The support team was Excellent, Rahul, Vindhuja, Nithish handled my requirements, and her quick response helped me solve the problems.

I have a large number of varied products in my store and pricing shipping appropriately is extremely complex. The Shipeasy team was amazing getting me set up, despite the fact that I didn't even understand what I wanted/needed in most cases. They are very quick to respond and adjust scenarios to fit my needs. They've also been very patient and accommodating as I figure out how to best use the software, which required them making lots of changes to what I originally requested. The software is quite robust and while I don't find it very intuitive, the Shipeasy team has quickly jumped in and helped whenever I needed it. Highly recommend. Barath helped me
