Shipeasy has really made my shipping setup so much easier and given me a much better overview over the shipping zones I need to manage. I have used this app for some time now and I'm very happy with how it works. I recently encountered a slight problem, so I contacted the support team and Siva was quick to reply to me and offer a solution over a Zoom call. The team worked quickly to make the setup more efficient and Siva made sure all scenarios would be covered by the settings. I'm very glad to be able to use this app and can only recommend it to anyone!

A great App. Easy to navigate, best thing was the help of the customer service team.

I just finished a wonderful call and Bindu was so helpful.

We had lots of scenarios to add and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Siva provided excellent customer service and set up the Shipeasy app in our store to comply with our shipping rates.

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend.

Update on the App's support team. Had an issue with an incorrect Scenario setup, Jenifer was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem very quickly.
