Great app, and the customer service is second to none.
Rahul and the team were very knowledgeable and, most importantly, patient. I am not techy, and Rahiul took his time to show me step-by-step the setting of my shop shipping rates. I would recommend them and will be their customer for years.

I spoke to customer support - Shiva in particular and was VERY helpful. I would highly recommend it.

I just want to apply the dynamic shipping rate and this app helped me to achieve that. The Shiva from the support team helped me to get this working. Great work!!

Siva Helped to fix my issue and he is so smart fixed within 4 minutes my issue was not having all the providers at one time he trained me on the APP thank shipeasy for hiring such a guy!

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend.

Update on the App's support team. Had an issue with an incorrect Scenario setup, Jenifer was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem very quickly.

My customer support Siva was very helpful and quick to address my concerns. The app was able to fulfill my rather complex shipping cost calculations. The guide could use some improvements.

siva- very helpful - fixed all issues in a timely manor. great service. the app was able to let me specify rates by postcode - which is very helpful for the UK.
