Really helpful, rahul was full of helpful ideas and made some great changes that will hopefully make my store much more appealing to future customers

This app is by far one of the best-configured apps for shipping rates. I did have to reach out to support on the initial setup. By doing so, I was able to see how fast support responds. Siva assisted me and went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and took time ensuring that the settings were correct without waisting any time. I feel confident that if any issues arise, they have a great support team. Thank you, Siva!

Awesome customer support and app. Has tons and tons of customization when it comes to setting up different shipping rules. My store has a lot of different conditional logic when it comes to shipping costs and this app could make it exactly how I wanted it. They even offer a free setup zoom call. 10/10.

I am very happy with the app. I highly recommend it! I had difficulties to make and combine the scenarios alone but the support spend many hours with me helping me set up correctly everything.

Smart and useful App with a great customer support. But also very confusing and requires a lot of time to understand, perhaps due to imperfect language. Also needs a lot of improvment with UI and UX which is pretty unpleasant. Price performance ratio is amazing tho. Update 2022: Fantastic, useful and efficient app. Customer service from Siva is excellent.

Dhana has been extremely helpful this morning on several fairly complex requirements I had for my store shipping options. I was not sure how to begin trying to get these to work but now our customers shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout with tiered pricing levels which will allow us to ship to new areas, thus increasing orders. Service was extremely informative, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful so thank you Dhana, very much appreciated. fantastic app
