Rahul was very helpful with my request. I asked for assistance through chat and immediately got a zoom invitation and he was able to sort out my issue and fix it very quickly. Super happy with the support here. Thank you.

The support on this app is the best I have experienced. Before using the app we are able to test it to find out if it fits our needs. Our situation is a little complex with different shipping pricing for different range of products. Therefore additional coding was required from the developers who did it for free and once everything is tested we are confident to launch.

Customer service is superb just spent almost 3 hours to do a complex shipping profiles with Siva and he was very helpful and knowledgable. I wasted 3 weeks setting up with another app with no success and after downloading the app today and booking a zoom meeting, my shipping profiles are smoothly working now. Once again thank you and will definitely recommend this app.

I would like to share my positive experience with the Shopify app "Shipeasy" and the support representative "Sudhan". I recently used Shipeasy for my e-commerce store, and I have to say, it was a game-changer. The app made it incredibly easy to manage my orders and shipments, and the user interface was intuitive and straightforward.

The real standout, however, was the customer support provided by Sudhan. I had a few questions regarding the app's functionality and features, and Sudhan was extremely helpful and responsive. Shipeasy is the perfect solution if you have complicated requirements and need to setup postcode-based shipping rates. Their support is second to none. Sowmiya from the support team helped with our shipping configuration. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable as she was able to provide solutions to all our requirements. One of the best support experiences we had so far with all our Shopify apps.

The app and customer service are exceptional. We sell planters and plants. Plants are only hand delivered whilst everything else is posted. We needed an app that would recognise that whenever an order has a plant, regardless of what else is being ordered, the whole order would need to be hand delivered. Staff set it all up for us and were accommodating and so patient. Recommend this app!!

The team at LogBase has been integral in the process of customizing our online shop to accommodate setting up custom shipping, delivery and local pickup scheduling and rates for our complex item library. Rajkumar has provided support every step of the way to make sure that the app is working to our liking, and never hesitates to jump on a call to address any changes that need to be made. They have gone beyond the call of duty to make sure our UX is seamless from item page to cart to checkout! We are so grateful for all they have done for us! Highly recommend!
