Uselsss customer service, couldnt follow the issue or help at all AND to top it off they had another customer join the same call for the first 10mins to ask them to come back later.
You download it and have to do a Zoom call with the company for it to work. I don't even know why it is needed, never experienced that before. I just felt that was weird.

These channels are optional again, some of our customers do the setup themselves. Our customers only choose zoom if they have a complex setup and they require us to walk them through the setup.
