We are using complex shipping options and we had a problem with the logic. Rahul did help me figure out what was the issue. Hope we can use this app for a long time :)

The customer service is incredible. We have very complicated shipping rates dependent in many different factors. Janani has been on two zoom calls to help set up these rates. She is very knowledgeable and will check everything with a fine tooth comb. Would definitely recommend this app. Thanks.

All our question and clarifications have been addressed and we could not thank him enough for being professional. Shipeasy app - still on test mode but is now considering to subscribe. Incredible support and a super flexible app. Answered a set up query within minutes, and accessed the store and fixed it up for me. All done in 5 minutes!! Can't rate highly enough.

Looks like a great app and was easy to configure and support was excellent. Unfortunately though, you can only use with Shopify's shipping API and that isn't available unless we want to stump up another $300 AUD per month. It would be great to see an app developed that was accessible for all levels of Shopify plans.
