ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

I am currently testing this App to determine if we want to implement it in our store. Vignesh was incredibly helpful in providing me directions in how to install/setup the App. Later he provided additional help via chat to guide me in how I could test various shipping rates. I would still be scratching my head without his help.

We had a fairly complex setup that we needed to accommodate, and the Logbase team supported us the whole time, while we did A LOT of trial and error to get things configured the way we wanted.
The app is easy to use (once you understand a few nuances) and the team is phenomenal with help! Vignesh was an amazing help!!!

Janani was an excellent guide to all things "ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules". She was very patient with my questions and clear about the functionality of the app and how to configure rates and carriers based on the Vendor. This app will be extremely helpful in showing the customers rates and options at check out which something Shopify should have standard anyway. 5 stars! Highly recommended. Great customer service.

I scheduled a consultation with the ShjpX team and Durkesh was able to promptly address my concerns and provide solutions to the issues I was facing. Very helpful customer service and their app has lots of customization.

Nitish completed the first setup over a call for me, which was really helpful since we have a couple different scenarios. I already worked with the app before, once it is setup correctly it works really good.

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?

The app does what shopify doesn't do. It is very useful and the team is amazing. They are all helpful and easily find the correct solutions for your business.
