It takes a little time to learn how to set up scenarios and rules, but once you do, it's super easy to use. If you are stuck, just reach out to support.

The app offers a wealth of resources, including plenty of YouTube tutorials that make it easy to set up on your own. If you need assistance, their support team is fantastic. They respond to chat promptly and even offer the option to schedule Zoom calls for more in-depth help.

I needed help working out how best to setup some complicated shipping rates - I wasn't even sure it was possible!
I jumped on a Zoom call with Durkesh, he was able to get the rates working properly and explained how to setup the rules to enable me to develop them further.
I believe this is the best shipping rates app for shopify!
