Amazing support from Nitish at Ship X. I had a really complicated shipping setup to sort out, and he breezed through it like it was nothing. Super helpful, straight to the point, and instant support when I needed it -couldn’t have asked for better!

We are very pleased with the powerful shipping algorithms (scenarios) that can be combined to handle all the shipping calculation situations for our various products.
We did encounter a few challenges with mixing products across scenarios that we couldn't figure out, so we reached out to their tech support. They offer a complementary Zoom meeting with their tech support with many times available same day or any day in the week. We were luckily connected with Jennifer who took the time to fully understand our complex scenarios. While she couldn't immediately come up with a solution, she worked with her team for 36 hours and after their testing, she came back for a second Zoom meeting to show how to setup the scenarios to meet our needs. These solutions worked perfectly. She is definitely a great asset to the team.
While we have only been live with the website for two days, we are very pleased with how ShipX is calculating our custom ship rates.

He understood the issues right away and, with my permission, took control of my screen to show me how to resolve the issue. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!

The app is easy to use and has all the features we are looking for to calculate shipping cost. Janani on the support team is very knowledgeable of the app and was very helpful in walking me through different settings and customizations.
