Shipping Tags ‑ Shipping Rules

思った通り送料設定できそうで良さそうだと思ったが、配送地域を設定しようと思うと月の料金が2倍になるのががっかり。配送地域設定できなかったら何の意味もない。事実上19.9ドルのアプリで値付けに不親切さを感じた。
I thought it would be nice to be able to set the shipping cost as I expected, but I was disappointed that the monthly fee doubled if I wanted to set the delivery area. If I can't set up a delivery area, it's useless. It is effectively a $19.9 app, and I found the price tag unfriendly.

I recently experiencing outstanding customer service from the support team, and I can't praise them enough for their exceptional dedication to resolving issues swiftly and effectively. From the moment I emailed with the issue I encountered, their response was nothing short of impressive. Fixed and working great. Thank you.

The app is very convoluted to use initially but there are videos available so you will definitely need to review those first. A major issue is that this app does not work with our upsell app (Zipify's OneClick). Furthermore, I sent a request about an issue with the app and never received a response about what needed to be done inside their app; instead, they responded with how to set up shipping settings inside Shopify.

Thank you so much guys for your great assistance /guidance for me to achieve the result that I am wanting for our shop, Customer service is so great, apps is good, hopefully more feature for a more dynamic location like ours-NZ. Keep it up guys and hoping for more years of business partnership!

This looked to be a lifesaver. Spent a little while familiarising myself with features and with setting up..... only to find out at the end that it’s not compatible for Australia. Looking forward to a region update soon.

work sometimes mostly its just a headache. would recommend the developers to spend more time as this app intended service is required

This app is amazing for us. No other words! You cannot understand how useful it can actually be for you until you try it!

I had a hard time setting up my rules as I have 4 providers in different cities and they are dispatched independently. First Alex helped us configure the rule for free shipping. He was very kind. But the gold medal for patience and dedication goes to Konstantine. We spent a few hours studying my cases, my providers, looking between both parties how to coordinate the rules so that the client receives a single option and within that option several hidden rules. The result was a success! The best? He tells me that his shift had ended an hour and a half ago and even so, he kept chatting with us until everything worked perfectly! The app is excellent! And the Custom Service is of brilliant human quality!

Fantastic service and support. Alex and I communicated via email on an issue I was having and we ended up deciding that my particular need didn't suit the software. However, I can absolutely tell you that my support ticket was met quickly and Alex went out of his way to understand my needs, communicate with me quickly, and see if we could make it work. This is a fine app that was easy to install and use, and I am happy to recommend even though my specific need was not what it was designed for. Recommended!
