its the first time that i'm going to try it , on the way i will see that is app is valuable but it see like it is a good app
Realy likes how these app works. Helps every customer casue they know where their package is. Giving 5/5
this works pretty well, but i wish the email templates could just copy the format and colours and links and email formatting from the first template you set up.
Otherwise, it seems to be A+
Beginning to use and so far considering much more effective than the system I currently use.

This Is really good app, It isn't hard to integrate this app with your store great customization options, i haven't tracked anything so far but so far it's great

there communication is crap it doesn't support parcel post or Australia post
I added this app this past Wednesday as a free trial to try and track whether orders that had shipped from my store had been delivered. I noticed today that I was charged $337.26 by this app. I have tried reaching out to Shopify and to the app developer to resolve this issue and nothing has come of it. I was not aware that there were fees involved in a free trial.
We are sorry about this issue, our free trial works with a top limit of orders tracked in the billing plan, you tracked all the orders since 2017 so that trigger the extra charges. We agree to refund the total of the amount and apologize about this issue.
The app isn't fitting well within my theme - the tracking page's fonts don't adjust according to the theme's fonts, and it doesn't have the regular page heading of my theme, like every other page on the website has. Also, the tracking page won't show both the shipment status and the tracking history at the same time - you have to choose a theme that shows only one of them (and in general, the customization of the tracking page is really not flexible). And most importantly - the shipments are late to get updated on the app! I've got an order that's already has a 'delivered' status on other tracking apps, but on this app it's still marked as 'in transit'.
