really good app for tracking maybe a bit hard to use it at first. You can have custom tracking page with your logo

I really liked this app until I realized there isn’t much support available. I have asked for help in branding DevClouds tracking page to match my site with no response. I have followed up a few times over the past few weeks and haven’t heard from anyone since 20May2019. Shopify has also tried to help with the ticket request. Not impressed with the lack of service.

good tracking app but has it flaws. but for the most part its does want i want it to do. looking to start this is a good app

BE AWARE!!! They will trick you with the monthly payment but then will charge you thousands of dollars depending on your order volume. In return you will get an app full of bugs with horrible interface. USELESS and I'd give it 0 out of 5 if I could.

We are sorry about the inconvenience, our payment plans are tied to a limit of orders tracked per month and we charge an additional per excess. This is described in our pricing page and in the Shopify Payment Agreement that is accepted when you upgrade your plan.
We are open to refund the extra charges and we apologize for the confusion, please contact us for this and any improvement needed in our app.

I'll update this soon...but so far, seems easy to set up, and the price is right! I can allow my customers to track their orders and to receive tracking updates. Can't ask for anything more!
