They make shipping... well... easy! What more can you ask for? I get a ton of orders and just want the dang labels to print in a batch, with the correct shipping... and they do that...

I've called support several times because I'm an ignoramus, and they've gone above and beyond to solve my problems!

Best shipping app there is! Went from entering hundreds of addresses manually to using this app and it has made business run so much smoother. I had an issue with creating a label for an international customer and an account manager responded to my email immediately and took care of the issue before I even stepped into my office the next morning. I am very pleased with the customer service and recommend this app to anyone! Thanks Shipping Easy!

I've worked with four different individuals when I've called in for support (McKenzie, Bria, Micah and Ray) and all of them have been spectacular. We were very worried about setting up a new system, but Shipping Easy has truly made it "easy" to get this done. We've only been with Shipping Easy for a week (Stamps.com prior to that) but have found it to be intuitive and efficient. We like what we see to this point and the savings will more than cover the $29 monthly fee.

Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes.

Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy.

He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand.

The combo of Shipping Easy + a Dymo 4XL label printer is a life changer for any store owner shipping a physical product. It has cut our fulfillment process from the bane of our business to a manageable, hour per week process.

Shipping Easy get's the job done and has all the necessary features, but what sets it apart for me is the customer service. Every time we've had an issue or question we've received an immediate reply or phone call to keep our business moving.

Further, every one of these customer service interactions represents the way other companies should be handling their service - friendly but efficient and solution oriented.

Saved my life. I really love this company. I tried a few shipping apps and was very frustrated with the service. I then installed ShippingEasy and I've been saving lot's of money on shipping... .enough to pay for their service easily. I only use flatrate usps shipping to make my life easier and I'm able to ship everything, print fulfillment pages and labels, and shipping easy then updates my customers with tracking #'s and even marks my items as fulfilled in shopify. I really don't know what I'd do without them now. On a side note they have continually added improvements to their service every month since I started. Each improvement has been clearly designed based on listening to the customers and moving with the market. Just today I got an email update letting me know that I'll have even more control over the design of my packing slips. Anyways, if you are looking for a shipping app, this is the place to go. We've been using Shipping Easy for about 6 months. Any frustrations I had initially were simply due to Amazon's restrictions on 3rd party apps, which is not the fault of Shipping Easy...and really no big deal now that I understand the intricacies of Amazon. The customer support is AWESOME (thank you, Shaquel)! The system is robust and we are now using it with our Shopify account, which seems to be very streamlined. I noticed someone mentioned they cannot create pdfs, but we print pdfs with Shipping Easy all the time and it works great. I've only seen Shipping Easy go down one time in 6 months, but they seemed to recover quickly and it did not affect our shipments being processed in time (I'll admit, it was a little stressful at first, but resolved in time). Shipping Easy also does regular updates to improve the system and respond to customer suggestions, which has been great! They mentioned that they update coding on a weekly basis. I am happy with the program and excited about the potential once I learn how to use all of the features.

Contrary to the name, my experience has been difficult. I couldn't sign up for the courier accounts through onebalance because every credit card got declined. I then deleted the app, but continued to get charged $30/month. Be careful with their sneaky business practices.

I couldn't imagine our store functioning without this amazing app.
