The ONLY place you need to go for your e-commerce shipping solutions needs. Terrific support, live agents to assist with shipping issues, easy application, great features...everything is there. All you need to do is set up and ship. Their account managers are awesome and Bailey has always been there is assist us when needed plus enhance our shipping tools to make it even easier to ship...Bailey is very knowledgeable and a great person to work with anytime! You do not have to think about this app...this is a must do for your e-commerce shipping needs...get it, you will NOT regret your decision!

I tried a couple of competitors. Their prices were too high for the volume of business we were doing at launch. Shippingeasy is super-easy to set up and run.
Great customer service. Salesman sold me on functionality that I said is necessary and unfortunately this software does not have it.
Great app with EXCELLENT customer service. So far it does everything we need it to do. Whenever we have a problem I just call or chat with them and they help me figure it out.
We have been using this app for years. I love how easy it is for all of the orders to show up and how easy it is to refund and duplicate a label if you make a mistake. Having it hooked up to shopify in our recent transition has been really easy, & seamless. We have always had good support from the customer service team for years now. The shipping easy app has really made life much easier over the years.
These guys are AWESOME! Clyde was a world of help to my 1300 pending orders. Amazing customer service, unlike any other. Highly Recommend!

ShippingEasy is a great app! And, if you need anything, you can count on their superior customer service. I have contacted them by phone and chat. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to automate their fulfillment.
One word: lifesavers! (maybe that was two).
Before these guys I tried Stamps.com, going to the post office (and getting different postage every damn time), drop shipping, yadda, yadda yadda. All of it was a headache.
Then I bough a Zebra Lp 2844, and told myself that I need to find something better, because my orders that were being printed onto Avery stickers then walked down to the post office where they would take FOREVER (and charge me extra) had to stop.
Steve and Tessa from ShippingEasy straight up made the name of the company come true. Not only does my store get synched with their system (automatically sending a confirmation to the customer via email and a shipping tracking number) they also have very easy access to the data and postage. Everything can be done from home, and these guys have been nothing except extremely helpful.
International shipping is next for me, and from what Tessa told me/showed me, that should be a breeze as well.
My time shipping has gone from a straight 45 minutes for just 10 orders, to less than 5 minutes for 20 orders.
