This AP WORKS! Used to use a different AP that was costly and had periodic issues. Switched to Shipping Easy and no more problems. Works fast and accurately. Reasonable priced too. Also use the email marketing and it WORKS too! Would recommend this to anyone that wants to automate with accuracy. Love it!

I had a problem and called Shipping Easy. Bailey was the best and solved my issue in under a minute! All of the people I speak to at Shipping Easy [I call often} always are helpful. Best service around!

I had the chance to speak with Bailey today and he has nothing but great knowledge on how to use ShippingEasy to be efficient and effective. I have been using Shipping Easy since 2015 on a different platform. I had 2 requirements when it was time to upgrade to Shopify. One is eBay integration and the other is ShippingEasy integration. I setup ShippingEasy to automatically provide custom packing slips for Shopify sales and eBay sales. Also, I offer rebates for some of my products which ShippingEasy prints at the same time as the packing slips. ShippingEasy prints the labels on my Zebra printer and provides a "Pay on Use" return label for the rebate products. The Zebra label printer and my Brother inkjet printer are attached to my desktop and ConnectEasy sends the labels and packing slips to the printers simultaneously. I use the ShippingEasy app on the phone or laptop when I'm out of town. The labels and slips are printed at the office and waiting for my partner to fulfill the orders. Returns are easy too. It takes 2 clicks to email a return label to a customer. It takes time to setup ShippingEasy to the level it's set for my shop, but it's time well spent.

Ive been using shippingeasy for about a half of year, even before i had shopify. I love them. I love the live chat they always have. Its extremely helpful and the customer service is exceptional. I REALLY appreciate that. Also, its easy to use! I cant think of any drawbacks honestly.

I tried another shipping app and they only offered chat and email support. There are so many little issues that can come up that are complex for someone that does not deal with all of the rules for each of the carriers. Shipping Easy offers phone support and they usually answer on the second ring or sooner without prompts like "push 1 for support". It is a human answering the phone. I recently worked with Donovan and he went above and beyond trying to solve my issue. It is a great service for the price. They also have inventory and other services integrated which can save you some money and headaches down the road. Get the service and don't think twice.
