I worked with Clyde today and he was awesome!! He helped me get all uploaded and ready to use Shopify. Every time I call in the customer service reps are so helpful and never a long wait to talk to someone! Would recommend Shipping Easy to Everyone!!

ShippingEasy is the best! So easy to use, and the customer service is great. As soon as I got signed up Dave contacted me and walked me through EVERYTHING! He even gave me a live demo (how cool!). Anytime I need help with something, I can call, email, or chat the team and get help right away. I love how easy it is to purchase postage, and I love the feature where you can see the stage your shipments are at without having to click the tracking number. Everything is great and seamless.Thanks to everyone that has helped me so much! Best customer service I have ever experienced. I can't imagine anything better than this app. Thanks for making my life easier ShippingEasy!

Shipping easy is exactly what it says. Shipping and Easy to use. Customer service is very responsive I have never had to wait to get help with any questions I've had. Rewa helped me solve an issue I was having in like 2 minutes.

Exactly what I needed. Easy to import from your store, easy to manually enter for order not originating from shopify. Developer regularly checks in to make sure I didn't have any problems - I cannot tell you how much that impresses me. I had a couple questions, received prompt and helpful replies. Definately reccomend.

I don't know how my shipping process had been if it wasn't for ShippingEasy. Name says it all, this app helps you ship orders with ease. Just fantastic!

My company uses this app to ship all our domestic web orders using our FedEx account. I like how it can be set up with a zebra printer and the labels are automatically printed and sent to the printer from any computer. The batch order printing saves us a lot of time.

After researching a couple of other shipping integration apps (including a trial run) none of them seemed to be a perfect match, until I called ShippingEasy and actually got a real person on the phone who was able to answer some pretty specific questions I had (most importantly, could I use Endicia and NOT Stamps.com) (and yes I know stamps just bought Endicia) as well as giving me a quick demo. I recently had a question on how to handle something and voila had a quick chat, question solved!! Great people and great app... They may be "developers" but they actually "get" how to run a business too! Now if they'd only come up with an accounting app and a shopping cart!! :)

Customer service and product is THE BEST! This is a MUST HAVE app for anyone using Shopify!

Shipping Easy has been an incredible platform for us to scale our business. With it's functionality in creating shipping rules we have been able to automate our process to keep up with the rapid growth in orders. One of my favorite things has to be their Customer Service! Always available and super helpful. I'm excited to have found a shipping solution that can grow with us!

We use this app with ALL our shipping. It works very well and very intuitive. The best part is inventory control. Our products inventory are synced over the 5 channels that we sell on.
