We love how easy it is to use Shippit and we've had really good customer service when we have required something extra or had questions.

Love this app. Has really helped streamline our shipping. Really like the support service and the fact that shippit keeps and eye on our packages and will rebook if anything is forgotten or not picked up

Shippit helped our business expand our shipping offering. The various options to choose carrier has been very helpful. Our only concerns have been pretty lackluster customers service when there are issues with missing deliveries or carriers not collecting packages. The delivery issues arent Shippits fault but the generic responses to delivery delays or missing packages need to be improved on.

I originally wrote this review in 2018 but now in 2023 we no longer use it because my small business model can't justify Shippit's higher cost compared to other apps. Shippit dashboard is user friendly, it makes booking and getting live quotes fast and easy. Volume sellers check out their freight pricing was very competitive on the higher plans in 2018. Support team are very helpful, they always go above and beyond! Aussie sellers it's worth considering this app for its features and api linking to Australia Post.

From the start it was very user friendly. We started processing orders using Shippit during our busy months and it saved many hours of work.
The support is fantastic and it is so easy to use. Works well with our Shopify store.
Great support and help when needed.

Shippit has seamless integration with shopify, the app works very well and we have had no issues orders interacting between shippit and shopify. The shipping rates offered by shippit are good.

This app simplify all our shipping process, it also reduce the complaint from our customers, customer will receive the delivery estimation and number to call in case of issue.

Used to be good - has many issues now - Orders dont sync, products dont sync, When you recreate or import orders that doesnt work, now labels have stop generating when you select multiple orders, try generating labels one by one then all labels dont get generated and some throw error!

Help and support slow and not not intutive.

This app has been a lifesaver for ChilliBOM, having been using it now for just over a year and still getting to know its ins and outs but working fabulously and has definitely streamlined the delivery process and the support is amazing. There is s lot more potential waiting to be unleashed and the updates are always welcome.

I previously gave them a 5 stars from 4 years ago. Last two years customer service has been really really really poor. Seems they try to delay rather then resolve. No longer recommend
