- promised to refund $500 membership 4 weeks ago and still have not received the refund

Very disappointed business owner
So far so good. but apparently Lite is a trial but not a free plan. "Your Lite plan trial period ends in 30 days."
Shippit is excellent! It has cut down order processing considerably in the Beserk office and sped up the packing process. We would be lost without Shippit and highly recommend it to all businesses who are looking for a shipping solution. :)
We have tried other shipping integrations but Shippit is the best. Everything just flows and eliminates any possibility for mistakes. We have been using Shippit for about 3 years.
