Requesting support would usually take long but not at all, it was a very fast response and they were very helpful!
We've been using Shippo for several years now and love the easy interface. Pulling quotes and shipping orders is easy and flexible, and works with our existing UPS and FedEx accounts.
We love, love, LOVE Shippo!
We are about to enter our second Christmas sales cycle and Shippo allows us to handle shipping stress-free. There is so much to love: low shipping rates from multiple shipping carriers, low 5-cent per label fee, intuitive website, seamless integration with Shopfiy, prompt and cheerful customer service, and so much more!
Most recently, we received our first international order this week. Without thinking I first went to USPS.com to learn all about international shipping - and oh what a headache of forms, fees, regulations, and mind-blowing government red tape. Just to send our product overseas.
Then it hit me - "log into Shippo". Doh! I did and image my glee as I went through the normal steps for fulfilling my orders and international shipping was an option! Not only that, but they make sure all the proper forms are filled out, etc. It was so, so easy.
I'm thrilled to know companies like Shippo exist. This is the future of business, and companies like Shippo prove there is still good in humanity.
App works great and the prices are reasonable.
They changed their format and it is horrible. Hard to read, hard to find labels, slows down my computer, I could go on, but please hear this! Find another ap. They don't care about you and the customer service is horrible. Also, now their page won't even load. If I could give this ap negative 10 stars, I would. Looking for another shipping company label provider. Update...I'm looking for a new shipping ap....it's getting worse than it was before. Warning warning.....look elsewhere..

Definitely easier to use than shopify shipping but costs .05 cents more on average (shippos commission). Overall saves time and if you're processing a good amount of orders I'd definitely consider it as an option!

Great shipping app. Easy to use and connects directly to your shopify store. My only complaint is that you can't choose to pay for postage as you go along rather than being billed at the end of a week
Havent used any other apps for shipping but Ive found Shippo to work really well. Quick and easy and the customer service has been really good..fast and clear. Update...had some glitches and quirkiness, tried another paid service at $9 per month and finding that there is a world of improved functionality available, including Iphone app which is extremely useful. Decreased usage of Shippo pretty significantly.
