Shippo ‑ Simplified Shipping

Customer service sucks! If you have no issues with integration, then good on you. As soon as you have an issue, you'll realize how unorganized this company is. No one has actually given me a fix as to why suddenly my carrier settings aren't corresponding any more, and they clearly have no interest in getting back to their customers in a timely fashion.

Love this app! This is such a wonderful shipping app and very easy and straightforward to use. My store's orders show up in Shippo after they are placed and then my shipping labels are instantly generated. I really cannot recommend this app enough.

Found this too US-focused, not helpful for me as a UK business.

I just started using Shippo and not only is it easy to use, the price is right! Five cents per label outweighs the inconvenience of having to copy pasta back and forth between two programs. Customer service is 5 stars. And their team of developers seem open to customer suggestions. Definitely an A++ recommend.

Shippo looked promising for saving time printing labels with Canada Post, however when used with a Small Business account the rates were incorrect. The Shippo rates were higher, even though it was correctly using my Small Business API credentials. Saved packaging weights don't automatically add to the total weight. Shipping out packages with owners name, and not company name via UPS even went owner name is not included for customers. It's added anyways, making it look very unprofessional. Business name is extra. I almost choked looking at my full name as the sender, and not business.
