Great app! Customer service replies quickly with any questions. This app streamlines the shipping process and allows our small business to operate on a higher level.

We've been using Shippo for a few years now and it's saved us much time and money. In addition, we've been having difficulty setting up our UPS account with our Shippo/Shopify account and Adam, at Shippo, was able to link it up for us. So happy with the service. Excellent app!

We were NOT interested in copying and pasting customers' addresses into specific mail carriers or PayPal for shipping - this is definitely a one-stop shop, and it's been incredibly useful. You pay for the postage + $.05 (for Shippo), which is no biggie to us and well worth it.
