We were looking for an app to restrict certain products to sales in just one state for the moment. I had some complex shipping ideas I needed to be handled to seperate our wholesale customers from our consumers, as well as add in flat rate shipping based on customer tags. Within 20 minutes of chatting with Shahriar we had the rules working perfectly.
