⚠️ Avoid Shiprocket at all costs! ⚠️
Shiprocket is a complete letdown! They didn't pick up my stuff for 7 to 10 days and even made up fake RTO problems. It's impossible to get help from their customer service team. Don't use Shiprocket unless you want stress and disappointment. Stay away!

The website is just trying to upsell you everything, I added Rs. 500 in the wallet and still its not letting me ship my order saying "your account is flagged", support is very slow.

wrong Weight Discrepancies do not use COD because your amount blocked and tell you wrong weight and theft your amount

Placed order Sr2950 with tracking 14326582656808 with shiprocket packaging on 6th of November not delivered yet.. My courier is delayed by more than 14 days which had an original delivery timeline of 4 days. What other words should i use to explain the amazingingly HOPELESS SERVICE.

horrible app. the team is completely fraudulent. they do not follow their contract. no account manager bothers to take calls or reply. they owe us lakhs as they have lost so many of our shipments. i am fed up of this app.

UPDATE:
2 years since we have been using shiprocket and the situation remains the same. Please avoid using such aggregators and its better to tie up with a direct courier partner, if you wish to have ANY access to real people and not bots. The KAM refuses to acknowledge any emails/ the average TAT for even acknowledging tickets is 4-5 days in a world where fast delivery is key! Lost packages never paid for. Pathetic experience.
We've faced quite a few issues with Shiprocket in a short span of 3 months.
1. The portal has process breakages due to which the shipment pick up requests dont reach the courier companies in time, causing delay in pickups and eventually cancellations.
2. NO POINT chatting on the engine they NEVER respond !
3. Email escalations only result in standard responses - looking into the matter and we've raised a ticket! 4. You will only receive a response once you've spent days chasing the actual courier partner and getting it resolved on your own!
WORST customer service. They don't reply to you for months, charge false weights, misdelivery orders. When you raise queries, they don't solve issues fairly and they take weeks/months to resolve simple queries. They say they reply within 24 hours, however, an auto-reply is sent via bots after 24 hours. Personal escalation points are useless since they don't respond on time.

Worst experience ever ...no proper customer support...iam trying to reach from a week and i have not got any help from the team...all the call center staff are not responding to the problem we have ....i wish i hadent choose this shopper
