Worst experience ever ...no proper customer support...iam trying to reach from a week and i have not got any help from the team...all the call center staff are not responding to the problem we have ....i wish i hadent choose this shopper

Dont trust Shiprocket. If we can give less than 1 star I would give that. I lost many parcels and they dont reply where those parcels are Its been many days I am following up with parcels not been returned back to their origin and those products are Vintage products. It's very important we get those parcels on time. But its been 20 days since they didn't update the status of the parcels and they do not bother to reply back with any updates even after everyday follow-up. Shipping rate are high
Worst customer service Same reply all the time They dont understand the urgency Pathetic.
Update as on Dec 2022:
It's been three months. They have not remitted the COD amount. This is extremely frustrating. They do not care.

Shiprocket team without our approval changed our plan from Basic to Advanced plan and sent invoice of Rs.12744, and our account was suspended as payment was due. As we were not aware why this invoice was sent we contacted customer care to reverse back to Basic plan and revoke suspension. There was no response from the team, we were forced to pay this invoice as it was affecting our dispatches. Its been more than 7 days that the ticket was raised we have not got any resolution on the downgrading back to Basic plan.
Very poor customer service.

Pathetic app.
Shows low rates and then will charge 5 to 10 times the actual weight & dimensions.
Shipment images with dimensions & measured weights are also not accepted.
They will randomly charge any weight they like & there is no way to get the issue addressed.

Horrible and worst experience ever....
1) Account manager never picks the call
2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real
3) during locked down they keep sending mails for RTO and all and writes that if action is not taken than we will not able to claim charges in future.
4) They keep calling for upgrade and said we will serve better if you upgrade, after upgrade NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT
if this is not resolved will stop using shiprocket very soon.
I am editing this again - even escalation is more worst than regular support. never got reply.

We have been using shiprocket from the past one year. These guys are big frauds who takes zero accountability and responsibility. Always there is an issue with shipments where they are charge extra money. More than 10,000 rupees have been stuck with Shiprocket as they only believe in extracting money by overcharging. We have now shifted to Shyplite as they have the same courier tie-ups and experienced not a single dispute on any of our shipments. There entire system runs on automated emails for further delaying the process and avoiding the customer. After repeated reminder also it's a task to reach out to them or get any solution. Internet is flooded with bad reviews about Shiprocket and we are here to add another bad review. They don't reply to mails or answer your calls. All employees are trained to make a fool of the customer by delaying and giving misleading commitments. They are a complete pain and disaster for your company. All our shipments are delayed by over a month and we get absolute zero assistance. Shyplite is a thousand times better than this fraudulent company. Their escalation is even worse. We have more than 50 Mails on record to which we have got no reply or support. We would recommend you all to never have them as your partner. They are a complete disaster.

I have been using this platform for a while and was happy with it but lately it their service is POOR. I tried their advanced paid plan for a month for international payments but it was never activated on my platform. I only came to know on the last day that they needed some paper work. When I tried to downgrade the plan it has not been done and now I will be charged for another billing cycle. :((( A account manager would be a good idea for each client.

If you want to Loose your Customer + by paying your money to Shiprocket + Loose your Packet + boil your Blood + By default 1 Day Advance Estimated Delivery date + Spoil Festival season sale , Try ShipRocket one & only Destination .
Its Been pathetic since I started working with Shiprocket. They never responds to any email nor they address any query. Once they onboard they just dont care...
Be careful - They can suspend account anytime and then your business can be on toss for which they dont care.
