I previously had a bad experience, and upon expressing my concerns, Muhammad from the escalation team ensured everything flowed smoothly.
He helped me out with the KYC process, shipment delays, everything. Shiprocket is a very easy to use platform for shopify store owners in India, it's really convenient and user friendly.
Intutive UI, good customer support, I have got most of my refunds related to lost or damaged shipments
I am giving 4 stars after they fixed my issues. Now they are doing good still need to improve NDR issues which they need take action immediately.
This platform is very easy to use with Shopify. They always provide cod amount on time and their customer support is very good. my account manager is very supportive @ Anupama

Good appp. Helpful for shipping through various shipping partners. Good management for tracking RTO orders as well. Option available to verify all or COD orders also through IVR calling. Overall decent services

Innovative and user friendly shipping app for E-commerce. Prices are fair and support is pretty quick now. Have improved a lot in past month. Would like to see more coming up.
My experience has been great so far. The customer service is approachable and tries their best to solve the issue. Not even a single issue goes unnoticed, they always call after you have created a ticket.
