The shiprocket customer service is very responsive. Palak was of great help in assisting me integrate shiprocket to my shopify website.

If it will have 0 than i will give 0 to it. No customer support at all. They will just ask you to pay for there plan by giving discount coupons and than for any query, they ask you to chat regarding this on portal and cut your phone again and again inbetween talk and on chat portal they will reply you after hours and don't able to understand your problem as a user and stop replying to you. Just market there highest paid plan to you inbetween. Don't pay a penny to them without using lite plan and if not satisfied than don't use them. Great players in the market are available.

Great app to work on, but handled by very incompetent employees.
5 star to tech team and Saahil. 4 star to Abhinav. Zero star to rest all.

I guess the average is 2.

I am using Shiprocket from last 1 year and would like to share my overall experience with you guys. Below are the Pros and Cons of using Shiprocket App with my Shopify Store:

Pros:

Seamless Integration with my website with great UI and features.

Multiple Courier partners at one place.

Lower Shipping Rates.

No Manual courier Management.

International Shipping with tracking features like Domestic shipping.

Detailed Reporting feature.

Cons:

Support is not up to the mark.

Sometimes, technical issues arises. But sometimes.

Sometimes Delay in courier Pickup and delivery. Well this case is not there with their Fedex and Bluedart partners.

Well, I am giving them 4 stars here because they have solved the real problem of logistics in eCommerce with the amazing product they have. I completely understand that in service industry, it is hard to get full satisfaction in terms of support.

All the 4-5 stars ratings are probably fake. Had a very bad experience with this company. Never use this app you don't wsnt to end up in a bad situation...

Having been associated with Shiprocket for more than six month, i moved from other courier service providers to find that
1) The shipping rates are quite competitive.
2) The support is responsive
3) The most transparent rates of a particular courier we have seen till now
Till now the experience has been wonderful.
Hopefully it continues its services in the future in the same way! Keep up the good work

​2.Shipping is one of the major problems that a small/startup business faces.
Through ShipRocket my Shipping hassles have been sorted. Moreover option to choose from variety of plans is another great advantage that separates ShipRocket from its competitors. Thanks!​

3.Shiprocket attracts a seller like me because of primarily two reasons: 1. The costs are minimal and very affordable and 2. The quality of service is never compensated and the professionalism is maintained. In general, the systematic and simple integration ability of Shiprocket helps one to connect the business with logistics and therefore saves time and effort.
