We are using this app since last 4 years. easy to use and ship products worldwide.. Gurjot helps us in many ways to resolve the concern on priority basis.

This is a really good app and user friendly. Easy to use and the best part is it can be integrated with any other apps also without any Hussle. The shipping prices are also very less and services are good. The account manager Anjali Sharma is also very supportive. Thank you

The service and support staff are good and supportive (My Account manager is Mr. Aman provides us good support and solution for every issue). They also have a lot of delivery partners.
Have been using Shiprocket for quite a while. Dashboard and features are great and precise. They have introduced Reverse pick up facility recently, which is great. Haven't had any issues in the past. Best integration for shipping. Our account manager Mr. Gurjot was always quick and accessible for any assistance.

horrible app. the team is completely fraudulent. they do not follow their contract. no account manager bothers to take calls or reply. they owe us lakhs as they have lost so many of our shipments. i am fed up of this app.
