Earlier, we were on WooCommerce using Shiprocket (for about 4 years), but the Shopify app experience is much better. Order changes sync seamlessly, which was a major issue for us on WooCommerce. Order status updates are also smooth and reliable on Shopify. The overall app performance has been stable and easy to manage.
