Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

Have been writing to them for the past 2 weeks. No reply from customer care. When you call them, the call is sent to IVRS and gets disconnect automatically after some time. Highly dissatisfied with customer care. I needed help with intergration, waiting for support for the past 15 days. Uninstalling now.

Hello, We're using shiprocket since January 2020 and their service are best, Our manager Mr Sanjeev Gulia is very cooperating. Its best solution for e-com. If you are looking for ecom logistic partner than Shiprocket is best one.

I want to give zero stars but there is no option for it, They have very poor pick up service they take more than 15 days to pick up 1 item, for every pick up i have to raise complaint and then they pick up my order.

Shiprocket provides a nice service. The courier partners cover most of India. The portal is easy to use. I am happy with their customer service/ support. Keep up the good work.

We have created a new account with them and recharged our wallet for 2500 but they deducted the amount from our bank but have not credit it. We raised a complaint with them but they have not resolved it even in 5 days. We do not know who to contact for resolving this anymore. Can someone please help?

Horrible, Worst Logistic App! Basically Cheaters! Don’t go for this app!

Worst app on the Shopify platform! They show you the x amount and charge you 3x to 5x times more than that with the name of weight discrepancy, at the time of top-up/recharge for next shipping. They know you have orders lineup - waiting to be shipped, so they just take advantage of that.
Pickup service is poor, it takes 3-5 days for some orders!
Customer support is horrible too they don’t reply most of the time and when they reply they don’t support.
They are just making short-term money, they don’t care once they are on board and you start paying a monthly fee. We wonder, How long they can run business with this model of cheating and short-term revenue gain!
Highly Unprofessional. Don’t go for this app!
