Super Service, Super App, All my shipping troubles are gone...
We are using Shiprocket since last 4 years now, we did face a few issues earlier, which were promptly resolved by Jatin from Shiprocket. As we grow, managing the shipping and followups with courier guys is a nightmare, but with Shiprocket we can focus on our core activities and leave the shipping and logistics to the experts in the field...i.e. shiprocket. With very simple and affordable plans, prompt service, friendly staff...I would recommend Shiprocket to all ecom stores.

Shiprocket team without our approval changed our plan from Basic to Advanced plan and sent invoice of Rs.12744, and our account was suspended as payment was due. As we were not aware why this invoice was sent we contacted customer care to reverse back to Basic plan and revoke suspension. There was no response from the team, we were forced to pay this invoice as it was affecting our dispatches. Its been more than 7 days that the ticket was raised we have not got any resolution on the downgrading back to Basic plan.
Very poor customer service.

We are using shiprocket for our business for the past 1 year it is very good software and user-friendly. Our Account manager *Gurjot really helped us sort issues and things are better with ShipRocket.
Pathetic app.
Shows low rates and then will charge 5 to 10 times the actual weight & dimensions.
Shipment images with dimensions & measured weights are also not accepted.
They will randomly charge any weight they like & there is no way to get the issue addressed.

Overall a very good interface and reliable account managers. Faced some delivery delays but received assistance to resolve the issue.
Good services and prompt reverts. I have been using them for my E commerce platform and am very satisfied. The team player Sachin is pro active and professional person which they have and he is very responsive. I am happy client. Will recommend you to go ahead with them
Horrible and worst experience ever....
1) Account manager never picks the call
2) on most of shipment they charges extra on weight discrepancy which is not real
3) during locked down they keep sending mails for RTO and all and writes that if action is not taken than we will not able to claim charges in future.
4) They keep calling for upgrade and said we will serve better if you upgrade, after upgrade NO SERVICE - NO SUPPORT
if this is not resolved will stop using shiprocket very soon.
I am editing this again - even escalation is more worst than regular support. never got reply.

Good rates and a very good software interface. Does the job smoothly. The option of couriers and support of RM is nice although they don't provide a direct number to contact.
