we are working with SR from 3 years, but nowadays their tech support is very poor.
we are in update from 3 months for API service issue and team is not that much sound to clear the issue, even after clear information and screentshot they are not able to resolve very basic issues,
their API is also really very poor.
which even don't have webook for order updation event.
due to which you need to fetch all the records updated by 1 day
FOR BILLING
you need to take followup for declared LOST and credits or else you need to forgot that amount. even after taking number of followup you may get credit at 2-3 months.
support team, billing team, and tech team all team not taking time to read seller words and to act as per that.
it looks like other companies will take place instead of SR for us in short time

Best in class services among all other , KEM - Mr.Gurjot Bhela , is always ready to help and try every single solutions that can be done to solve our issue, Also need to add some more features to the panel and Keep Supporting.
Upper management needs to be precise to solve the issue and revert on the appropriate feedback
Now:
I stopped using Shiprocket and used other logistics partners. I thought of using Shiprocket again. For the initial few days had a good experience. The moment you face an issue and call up their customer care, I am pretty sure that their Customer Care is the worst I have ever seen. They had never changed. They don't solve any of your issues. They don't even give assurance that it will be solved. Very Poor.

Very Poor Support from Customer Service. I have opted for a Paid Plan but receiving very poor support from them.
Also, they have given list of Pin Codes as serviceable, but when I try to service, It says no Courier service available between these 2 pin codes. Because of this mis information, I am loosing my customers. 26000+ pin codes must be a lie. I have already got 3 out of 50 pin codes unserviceable even though those 3 are part of their serviceable pin code list from my pick up pin code.
I am already looking for other shipping partners.
Pathetic experience! Shipped first order with Shiprocket, and then there's a stream of worst experiences that it brings along.... courier pick up happened after 3 days that too after calling the customer care service... and then absurd weight discrepancy by their Bluedart courier partner & deducted more than Rs.200 extra for their self-generated false discrepancy.

UPDATED: They must be getting more fake reviews as the service is still pathetic. I tried once more. DONT SEND COD ORDERS THROUGH SHIPROCKET THERE ARE MANY BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS YOUR RTO RATE WILL SHOOT UP WITH SHIPROCKET. Please save your time and money by not using shiprocket, your most cod orders will come back without any delivery attempt and customers will ask where is my order. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TRY TO DELIVER THEM
Recently they changed their system. They keep changing account manager without informing to their client and managers are also not giving proper answers and not solving courier issues on time. as there is no major courier third party in India, shiprocket is taking benefits of that, but shiprocket is one of the worst business partner company due to their employees
The worst possible customer service!
1. My panel sometimes doesn't logs in and most times logs out automatically. There reply for this, you might have an internet connection problem! This is all while I am chatting to them
2. Delivery attempt not made my courier company, I reported fake reporting. It was replied with the same fake response again. I had checked personally with the customer.
Their customer care is the most ill equipped and to top that they clearly don't want to understand the problem.
Could not have found a worst app. Worst customer service!! Had so many issues with pick up and then customer service did not help at all - first noone available and if you find someone to talk to they cant help. Wasted so much money with this app

THE COMPANY DON'T REPLY FROM LAST 20 DAYS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, IM NOT TAKING ACTION AGAINST COMPANY JUST BECAUSE I KNOW THEY JUST INETINALY WASTE A TIME OF PERSON
The customer care services are extremely disappointing. They really tortured me for every little query. They are disloyal and unethical. They will never call you back. They will never revert back with solutions. They'll leave you helpless. They are not at all systematic. Best way to waste time and energy, please contact "Shiprocket"

Pathetic and worst customer support. Everything is great but their support spoils everything, Poor attitude, and zero response
Secondly, Their onboarding team doesn't even care to help you set up and make u opt for higher plans, being a B2B business it is really important and they don't really care for customers,
