fake services first they took your order by accepting the pincode and when the shipment in there hands they say sorry we can't deliver to this address and you have to pay extra for RTO what a fooling scheme i refer not to use there services

if there would be a zero rating I would have given you but still, there is one star I'M giving you, unfortunately, I have to do so. Shiprocket is a very big gluten they close disputes without informing customers and even if they inform I don't have such a negative word to praise Shiprocket

Pathetic experience! Shipped first order with Shiprocket, and then there's a stream of worst experiences that it brings along.... courier pick up happened after 3 days that too after calling the customer care service... and then absurd weight discrepancy by their Bluedart courier partner & deducted more than Rs.200 extra for their self-generated false discrepancy.

wrost company, waste of time & money . they misrouted shipments and when you call them they never refund your money and theft your products. also stolen your money of cod orders, big scam inside.

worst customer service policy. no way to escalate delayed shipments. no way to contact customer support. no response for lost shipments. absolutely worst customer service policies. really frustrating. taking months to resolve lost shipments. and days to address delayed shipments. happed again, no pickup on scheduled date. killing small businesses with delayed shipments and inconsistent service.

Worst customer care support. There is no price edit option. No reply to the support ticket. Use Pickrr instead. At least the prices are lower than this shiprocket.
