Really like how we can customize our printing label, packing slips, etc all in a flash. Their most recent platform update was a great improvement over an already strong product. What we like most about ShipStation is that as our company has grown, we've been able to scale up with ShipStation; there's really no limit to what we can offer now.

Working with Chelly Bell on implementing and setting up our ship station was an exceptional experience. She expertly guided us through the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we were operational, earning her a well-deserved five stars. Shipstation is absolutely fantastic. I wish it had a method to more easily import orders from a CSV file when each order has more than one SKU/item. Beyond that, Shipstation is seamless and worth every penny.

ShipStation has helped streamline my business so much! Before I was exporting my orders to a .csv file then importing them into Paypal with a confusing mapping process. All of which took time. With ShipStation my orders are automatically there and all I have to do is print the labels. It's a breeze! My customers automatically receive an email notifying them of shipment as well as a tracking number. I love it and wish I'd signed up sooner!!

Shipstation is the most time saving app we use. Not just for our Shopify store, but other marketplaces, manual shipments and dropship stores that we run. It has saved us countless hours in order processing across multiple marketplaces. It's the best software value we have invested in to date.
