DO NOT USE. They have broken API functionality with Royal Mail and as a result up to 50% of my shipments went missing. The UK Manager just called me personally and admitted they know about this issue but thought people weren't losing 'too many.'
Stay away - I was wrongfully charged for a month's subscription after following the customer service agent's instruction of how to extend a trial and ended up being charged for an extra month also.
I've been attempting to chase this up for over five months now with no reply. This company owes me nearly £80 and seems to have no interest in dealing with it other than avoiding me.
I have to echo the other terrible reviews. Yes, the software works until it doesn't. Then, when you're under the gun, orders piling up, and waiting on their awful customer support... you're stuck. I'm jumping ship before the holidays.
This is the worst app and customer service possible. Absolutely disgusting. Shipconnect does'nt work half the time, have to refresh the page all the time as it w on't load, always have to manually push orders to be downloaded even thou it's set up on automatic but full of errors and worst of all they can't generate a proper custom invoice . Don't include prepaid tax, shipping or discounts on it so for Europeean brands is an absolute no go.
Extremely difficult to setup, syncing with orders is cumbersome and unreliable. It is frequently importing orders we have already fulfilled through shopify. Its a mess to setup, a mess to use, and support is 50/50 occasionally its great but occasionally its garbage.
The software glitched and charged me over $125 without ever providing a shipping label. I've been trying since January (5 months) to get this resolved, and they keep stringing me along, claiming they're 'working on this situation and investigating further'. It doesn't take 5 months to refund an overcharge, and they can figure out the glitch on their own time. That one overcharge more than cancelled out any savings provided by using the service. Now I have to go to the CC company and see about getting those charges reversed. Not worth it at all.
We were originally really happy with their services, but the customer service has been very poor and they seem to be very unresponsive. They removed the chat option, and now emails take forever. Our recent tickets have not been resolved or answered properly. Very disappointed!

Your customer service and support is NOT acceptable. I've told you on three occasions that I'm unable to set up correctly, so I can't use it ... please help, PLEASE HELP, yet you keep sending email replies how busy you are, but were all busy too, so waiting for over 4 WEEKS and still not getting a response or my issue resolved is pitiful and not acceptable. I'm going to find a program / app who actually wants my business, and is prepared to help me get my app set up correctly.
ShipStation was just great until a few months ago. Then things started going wrong. The app began to lose track of our scale at random times and could no longer read weights. At first we thought it was the computer we were using so we bought a new one but it did not help. I tried downloading ShipStation Connect and reinstalling it but it still did not fix it. So we decided maybe it was our scale and replaced that as well. All to no avail, so I went to the forum to see if there was anyone else having issues. I found not one but many others having the same problem with the printer or the scale.
That was not the worst of it though. They made a change to the weights and included a decimal place in the ounces. This caused errors in more than one area and I submitted a request to support to tell me how to remove the decimal from my set up. Well, I got lectures, articles and repeated explanations as to why I needed that decimal. I was told that there was no way the decimal could have caused any problems and that it was there to stay.
And that was that - we immediately began looking for a new app to replace ShipStation. Absolute worst customer service and support ever experienced.
A lot of issues with this platform, can't book Couriers Please for Interstate orders, two months now and still not resolved. Australia Post, you can't book multiple labels per order, so you get charged double, even though Australia Post are not requesting that amount, so seems dodgy that ShipStation might be pocketing the extra dollars. Also with Australia Post you can't access your terms, so need to book each label up front. This integration is certainly having a negative impact on our costs. Hope the owners see this, and start talking to their customers to make improvements to the dashboard, and also to their integrations.
